Карта-трифолд (раскладушка), сделана из трёх соединённых между собой элементов, раскладывается и имеет 3 рисунка, лицевой на 1 секцию, дополнительный лицевой на 2 секции, большой на оборотной стороне на 3 секции.

По технологии исполнения карта достаточно простая, на ней нет никаких эффектов, кроме фольгированного перламутрового основания с голографической текстурой в виде множества треугольников.
